hey..i was wondering if this sound bad....breakfast-yogurt w/grapenuts in it, lunch-2 pieces of turkey, a pear, and a 100 calorie chips ahoy pack, snack-peach, dinner-potato soup, roll, and green beans....now i think thats good..but then i had cookie cake and milk (kinda alot too) and i ran 1 mile, and walked 1 mile! how is this?

It depends on how much cookie cake and milk you had. If it's 400 calories or less I'd say you did good. Watch out for those little things, they can ruin an otherwise-perfect diet day. Good luck!
