ok...i need to know something, i heard that if you walk ten thousand steps per day, in a couple of months you can loose weight is that tru? oh, and another thing, is weighing in at 166 at 5'9 overweight, i mean, i dont know if if is or not, but i feel sooooooo fat, i mean i feel so guilty whenever i eat ANYTHING!!!!! it sux because all of my friends eat sugar sugar SUGAR, and gain nothing, me...the exact opposite. PLs help!

its not sugar that makes you fat! Its its the Fatty stuff in it

Yes, that's true, with healthy eating it will work. Buy a pedometer, it will count your steps for you.

im not sure about the step thing but you shouldnt feel guilty when you eat healthy!! your not even that much overweight...just keep trying and good luck!! :)
