if anyone wants to find out how many calories they need a day, go to google, then type in: how many calories do i need a day. then go to the second to last website at the bottom which is www.rd.com. you type in your information and it will tell you. to lose up to 2 to 3 pounds a week, eat 500-750 calories less than what you need. for example, if you need 1200 cals, eat only 700 calories a day and youll lose weight. you can also excersize without having to eat less calories

Oh my gosh don't do that! IF you eat less than 1300, your metabolism slows down so you don't burn much fat and you gain weight. It's a general rule for EVERYBODY. A good ammount to lose weight is 1500-1700, with exercise. 700 is way too low, you'll mess up your metabolism for LIFE!!!
Just wanted to point that out. ;)
