speed walked for an hour and pillates for 30 min today...plus some crunches...but i ate a bannana..2 cookies...2 pieces of pizza...one brownie...and a salad...grrr my goal is to still lose 5 more lbs this week so i need to buckle down and eat less and more healthy...plus exersize twice a dayyyy...wish me luck

your exercise is great but if your going to eat all the junk food whats the point. if you must eat junk food take a extra small bite and throw the rest away. keep up the good work!

Don't exercise too much it's not good for you. Twice a day is too much. 30 minutes to 60 minutes 3-5 times a week is good!
