THIS PLAN WORKS:
breakfast- cereal (preferbly wholemeal) and skimmed or semi skimmed milk.
lunch- an apple, pear and a HUGE bowl of sald (i like to put tuna without the juice in it- no mayo though)
dinner- grilled fish steak or an egg white omlette.
drinks- as much water as you want. three cans of diet coke per WEEK.
i have followed this for a week and have lost 9lbs!! how cool is that?? whhooooooo
