Hey everybody!! I'm getting back on track starting tommorow cuz i'm really beginning to feel like crap. When i found out that i gained 15 pounds of the 25 i've lost i was so pissed off. And when i was losing weight i never really exercised overly that much, and i was wondering if exercising everyday for like an hour makes a differnce. because if it does then what type of exercises?

I am in atheletics in my school program and running and lifting weights helps alot I lost a ton of weight doing it. You do not have to go a full hour just long enough that you are sore and feel like you've had a work out at least 30 min is a light work out. You should alternate days that you run and lift weights run 4 and lift 3 it works like a charm.
