OK i started to work out on monday. and i also started my "diet" the same day. basically i am lifting weights for exercise and doing crunches everyday and exercising on my indoor bike whenever i can. and for my so-called "diet" i am trying to eat smaller portions of food and am only drinking water, tea, and milk (NO SODA) so i am doing better than i have. when i used to cheat i would do on littlething and think it was all over so i would go on a rampage for food. but now i do my one little mistake and when i go to the fridge to get more i think of wot this could do. so then i stop their. i also try to think of my saying "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips" so yea i am doing better and on monday i will check in and tell you how much i've lost (if any).

Thats good keep a positive attitude i'll have to use that saying because i bet that works I weigh 180.8 and Im sick alot and it takes alot of energy to go up steps and stuff but when i do i feel good and ive gotten to the point that I don't count how many stairs I climb I count how many pounds i lost. If you can help please do!!!!!
