hey yall have really been helping, but i've gained 4 pounds. Im so confused. Okay, well today i didnt do too good, but i dont think its WAY TOO bad, is it? I had a small quizno's sub w/water for lunch. Then i had 4 pieces of chocolate (like hershey kisses). Then for dinner I had a quarter pounder with cheese and water. I know its not that good, but its not THAT bad, is it? I also ran 2m iles and had basketball for 2 hours! help!

your weight definately changes during the day and during the week. if you're weighing yourself more then once a day or even once a week than it's not an accurate measurement...

well the quarter lbs with cheese really wud of messed you up but dont go by your weight today b/c if you weighed yourself after eating your daily intake of food of course your going ot be more. It takes the body a couple of days to actually gain the weight from the bad stuff you ate. IF you actually want to know your accurate weight weigh yourself in the morning after you go to the bathroom or something but before you have eaten and keep track of that. Im sure even though u messed up today it wont make that much of a difference and if it did take to your body, then just work hard to eat better. Also add some more fruit and veg to your diet and maybe u could also cut out all white bread b/c it does nothing for your body,just adds chemicals and makes u gain weight in the end
