hey guys!!! iam 5-5,& weight 140. i dont think im too fat,i do work out 2/4 hrs a day. i go hiking,skating, and i run every day. but its not the body i want. i dont like the fact that i have roles.i want to have abdominals if you know what i mean........if anyone can give me some advice that would be GREAT.!!! thanX
