Hi, Im Sarah .. I am 15 years old 5'8 and I weigh 190 pounds. I need to loose weight and ive' been on a diet for a week now and I feel so hungry like im not eating enough or somethings not making me feel full. I am so sick of being over weight. I've been working out everyday..I walk a hour a day, I some Pilates,Thigh,leg,and arm work-outs. I also do some martial arts. Oh I dance to. I basically work-out up to 3 or 4 hours a day. Im not loosing but like 1 pound in 4 days. Shouldn't I loose more? Im getting depressed but im not giving up!
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 11/12/04 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx you have to give it time. be patient- trust me- all of this will work out. the reson why you're hungry all the time is because your body's used to eating more but your stomach will shrink. but just make you're not consistantly going under 1200 calories...

People loose liek 10lb in a week on those fad diets, but your fate is healthy, and becuase it is slow, it will stay off. But about you feeling hungry. Im no expert, but i think that if you feel hungry then you are essentialyy starving yourself. Are you sure its not just cravings? I get those all the time and they are very easy to confuse with hunger. But make sure you are eating enough. And if your still hungery, eat something thats heathly, like some salad, or a carrot or something!! Good luck and keep up the good, no GREAT work!!!
