oh and a helthy weight for you by docters standers is about 135-145 but go by what makes you happy my idel weight is 125 im 5'5 but i was to be 145 i'd be happy there

the only thing you can do is pick up and start again. i used to pick out my fav candy that i could not live with out and look at what one serveing is then once a month i would give it to me like a fun size candy bar is a piece 2 pieces of gum was a piece and it wroked then slowly i stop i didnt need it but if your worryed so much about cheating you know those push pops they come in a plastic tub and they sell them in boxes of 100 and 200 there only 50-80 clas for three those helped me alot this summer and the plus side is that if you use that as your sweet this time of year you wont want them because its so cold
