I am so glad that this site is here for teens who all a have one thing in common...A struggle w/their wieght. This site has already deeply inspired me. As of 2 day I took a big step by begining to watch my wieght and everything that goes into my mouth. I just had to get the courage to start watching what I eat..again. I'm planing on drinking LOTS of water to help fill me up along w/smaller portions w/o the side junk (Fries,chips,candy...). The only thing that is an obstecal for me now is making time to exersice. I have a very busy after school schedual and have a heavy load of work for school. So does anyone have any advice to what I can to to make more time 2 exercise? Thanks much LOTS of LOVE, Ash!

Hey.. I have the same problem.. so i decided that in the morniing i would wake up early and go running befor i took a shower and got ready for school... and it worked for me.. so maybe it will work for you!

You can do 15 minutres of exercise in the morning and 15 minutes of exercise before bed. This is just as effective as exercising for 30 minutes continuously.
