I am doing a project for school and i have a few questions. If anyone would like to answer them to help me out please do. Several teens in the Us are overweight, why do you think is a problem? When you workout are you working out for a specifi reason such as to lose weight or just to stay fit? Do you think it is necessary to eat healthy? If you were designing a weight control program what would you include? Thanks so much to anyone who answers these questions you will be a great help!!

hey... why is it a problem to have people overweight? generations before us never had this problem, and all of a sudden it's a huge deal. it's also really depressing for kids to hafto go through... different people work out for different reasons. if somebody wants to lose weight, then that's why they work out, but others just want to stay fit... personally, i work out so that i know i'm healthy and so i stay healthy, so it's not always about weight loss. of course it's necessary to eat healthy! that's how our bodies were designed to work, and we need to give them healthy food. it's carrying that out that's the problem. i really don't know how to design a weight control program or anything.. i'm overweight and all but i can't say im too experienced. the only thing that im pretty sure of is that exercise is a must.
