Hey guys I weigh 400lbs and my height is 5'4or 5'5 give or take. I've been overweight sence like birth, when I was born I probable came out with a tub of lard, I just recentlty found this site and this is my first post I want to weigh around 110-ish so that means I have to loose 285lbs. yes I relize its alot, but I am dedicated I just was wondering is one of you guys/girls could just help me get on the right foot to start, if you could I would greatly appericate it. hey Anna,
Well I think what will help is if you start off walking once a day or so and then adding in a few more exercises doing crunches and some push-ups that you can do. Umm start eating like half of what you eat and not going back for seconds. (I used to do that a lot)but now I have lost weight and am still loosing. I am slowly adding in more exercises and doing more repitions of them aand they are becoming more and more easy. I think you can do it's just gonna take some time to get to your goal. if you're 5'5" you should be about 125- not 110- that's very low and unrealistic. but take it slow- you can get down inn weight. try being a little bit more active and way better on your diet. eat more veggies and fruits- drink more water- eat less processed sugar, eat less sodium. have lower calories but enough protien and nutrients. change slowly though and lose slowly because if you do that you'll look better(les loose skin and so on, plus it's healthier for you inside too) good luck- you can do it! make sure you update because i want to see you dropping those pounds!!!

i weigh 170 pounds and i have really bad emotions about myself inside and out.i just wanted to tell yo to be strong because it's hard for me too.I feel addicted to food. Good luck

please dont take this to offense or anything but 110 is way to low for you. try 200 to start out with because it wont come off fast and 200 will give you somthing to start with once you reach that you can s for more
