I'm 17 and i weight 270lbs and I Want to lose 70lbs I have been overweight scince i turned into a teenager. I really want to look good just like all of you but I seriously don't know were to start. I need to know what Kind of schedule to have. If anyone has any Idea please reply with a FULL PLAN on how I could start and maintain Succesful weight Loss
Reply from newgirl, Age 14 - 12/18/04 - IP#: 68.104.241.xxx um well, heres a plan:Breakfast- 1-2 oz protein 2-3 grains 1-2 others (sugar, fats..ect) 1 fruit 1 juice or milk Lunch- 2oz protein 2-3 grains 1-2 others 1 fruit 1-2 vegs Dinner- 2-3 oz protein 2-3 grains 1-2 others 1 fruit 1-2 vegs follow this plan^^^^ whilst making sure to eat 1200-1400 a day on most days, alloting only 1800 on cristmas/thanksgiving/you birthday. dont have more than 2 days in a month at 1800. you should run an average of 1300 cals per day, give or take a few.
Reply from sarah, Age 16 - 12/15/04 - IP#: 84.66.118.xxx its impossible for someone else to do a full plan for you. basically just eat so much fresh fruit and veg and exercise regularly. eat less carbs and red meat but eat some through the day. fibre is great for loosiing weight so try high fibre foods. dont eat as much fast food and candy but dont stop yourself all the time, just eat smaller amounts good luck! xxx
