hello can any one tell me how i did today, well for B i had fat free yogart with fresh Raspberries, for snack i had 5 crackers=80 cals, for Lunch i had salad, fat free dressing, water and some friends fries, then i ran a mile, worked on some arms, and then for snack i had 5 crackers =80 cals, for dinner i had boneless chicken, fat free cottage cheese, canned corn, piece of light wheat bread, water, and then a piece of mixed berrie pie thats where i did bad on..is that to many calories to lose weight? please help

um, your day was OK, but you wont really lose weight. you should try and cut the pie, and dont eat to many fries, because a small is like 300 caloires. if you do eat fries, eat like half a small.
