Hey i was wondering how i did so far today, for B: i had cereal(special K)with skim milk, and a christmas cookie with frosting:(..for lunch i had a smalll salad, fat free dressing, an apple, and water, then did 1 1/2 on the tred mill at the speed of 7.0, then got home and had 1/2 cup of grapes, for dinner i had grilled chicken, an orange, and the healthy wise doritto chips that only have 90 cal. per servings. how did i do? please respond. oh and after dinner i am working out at the gym maybe doing about a mile of running and some more abs.

You are doing wonderful keep up the good work !BUT! doing the treadmill for that long and a speed of 7.0 is very harmful you could become anorex very easily.the average speed for teens is 5.4,but if staing on the treadmill for 1 1/2 is good for you do.just rember you doing great

good job those are the perfect foods to eat keep that diet and you'll start to see the pounds melt off.i just might use thta diet plan sounds like it might work

hey thats excellant.. thats like what i eat normally... but i gave up special k and replaced it with fat free yogurt and put like some kashi go crunch on top , becuase the special k is just like eatting a peice of white bread, not much nutrition! Other than that, keep up the good work, yo'ull lose, and those are the perfect foods =)!
