Hey everyone.i need sum advice from u guyz.im quite active and the only thing missing from my life is a strict eating plan.i really lack confidence when im around people(especially boyz),the only time i seem to have confidence is when im playin some kind of sport.nun of da boys i no like me.its probably cos i dont wear make-up like all the other girls do,nd cos im kinda stocky.well actually im not that big,im lust really muscular for a girl.My best friend weighs the same as me and is way shorter than me too and tonnes a guys like her.Well i guess boys are only interested in girls who are always tryin to look their best,or girls who are really thin.Anywaycud any of u recommend an eatin plan that could help me lose weight.Im not extremely fat or anything like that,but i want to lose some weight.im 5.5ft and weigh 145pounds. im wanting to lose about 50-60 pounds by feb. are these goal resonable???All your advice would be greatly appreciated by me!!!!!!Thanxx & merry christmas

ur saying you want to weigh 85 pounds?!?!? that is dangerously under weight, your not even overweight as you are right now! don't worry about guys, just be who you are around them. don't loose all of that weight!
