well guys i am doing ok i think but i dont think i am eating enough calories. i try to eat about 1200 cal a day but sometimes eat only 1000. i weighed my self and i am pretty happy. i am only 3 lbs away from my goal weight.any ways i dont want to lose that much weight anymore but deff. cant gain any weight. can i raise my caloric intake to about 1400 cal or so and still not gain weight? what foods besides fruits and veg. should i be eating? please respond thanks

Wow...I long for the day I can say I'm 3lbs away from my goal. IF you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh? I'm 10lbs away from my goal.

you will probably still lose weight if you raise it to 1400, let alone not gain
