alright... i had enough of this... i am trying to get down to 160lbs. i am 5' 7" 200lbs but people think i weigh 160 pounds! i have 20%bodyfat, 44 inch shoulders, 9 inch wrists, 40 inch waist, 19 inch bicepts, 18 inch calves... can someone tell me how the hell i can get down to 160 in two months?

um- cardio along with lifting and a healthy dietary plan, i'm trying to lose 20lbs this month but you have to be incredibly determined and do it by exersize not by cuttin back to extremes on your diet!
