Yesterday i only drnk water cept at breakfast (milk w/ my cereal) and at night, i had a glass of milk. I hate hate HATE water. No matter what anyone says, i will always have the stupid stuff. It tastes like whatever you last ate. BUT i have also realized that it is key to loosing weight, so ive decided that i will only drink water and milk (way more water then milk) until i have hit my target weight. I notice that what i eat now, not healthily, but not UNheathily, lets me maintain my current weight. So i think if i go super healthy and a while i can loose my weight, and then go back to my normal diet. OH, and even though i havent lost any weight yet, my "skinny jeans" (any Sex and the City fanatics out there??) fit today!! Even a little loose!! YAY

hey ... i also dont like water that much .. so what i do is they have these little crystal light packages (juice type thing)that you add to your water bottle.. and there are all different kinds of flavors.. i love it..and it has no sugar and only 5 calories.. so thats what you do if you dont like the taste of water.. you can get them at any local grocery shop im sure

um...maybe you should bruch your teeth in between your meal and water??? aren't you all set if you can fit into your goal jeans? i would love to be able to fit into mine! congrats!
