Hey, I'm trying to do the Special K drop a jeans size thing (except it's with a cheaper brand which is exactly the same and promises the same thing.) But I don't know what to have as a "balanced meal." I didn't know what to have the last time I tried it, and it's even worse now that I'm a vegetarian because I have no idea what to do! Help please.

or if you don't eat eggs try some tofu. or if tofu's too expensive get a big salad with nuts and seeds in it with a delicious kind of high calorie dressing with good fats(not trans fats in it! and high-calories because a salad won't be enough calories to keep you 1200 or more) also- drink some soymilk. good luck!

A healthy meal for you could be potatoes(boiled)or a baked potato with a salad or something like that.you should also try in eat some egg to get protein,cos you dont eat meat.Hope that helps
