i was wondering if this sounds okay and enough for tomorrow to eat for breakfast i am planning on eating light and fit yougart (90 cal), then grapes for snack before lunch and then for lunch i am going to have a small salad, fat free dressing, baby carrots, and orange and about 10 baked light chips(about 100 cal)...is that okay or need more or less, plus maybe a snack like an orange or grapes when i get done working out and dinner?!

if you're going to eat so little- eat a bit more during dinner

That sounds perfect. I think if you get hungry you should snack on fruit or veggies between meals just don't eat too much. If you want to eat something that says the serving size on the package, eat a little less than that if you're trying to lose weight.
