i am SOOO happy i tryed out for the rugby team and i made it i am 190 and am 5 foot 9 inches and cant run but the coach is helping me sooooo much:):):):):):):) but i was wondering if anyone had any exersise plans to help get in shape for rugby :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) thanx alot

well congrats on making the team, i wish we had a rugby team that would be amazing. im not sure what exercises to do, maybe running on a tredmill or outside for like a mile or more, and lifting weights for your arms and legs
