Hi everyone im 15 years old and i'm about 290 and I want to lose about 140lbs or more in a not to fast amount of time. I'm willing to do anything but diet pills and stuff. i'm 5'6 and I dont look my weight but I know its there. Everyone says im fine but I know i'm not. If anyone has any sites for low fat recipies, good cal burning exercises etc. reply to me PLEASE-Love Tinkerbell-

Only drink water, and drink a lot of it. If you drink soda a lot and replace it with water you will drop 5-10 pounds within a month! Trust me, it really works!
