hey, i dono if i ate enough to keep my metabolism high or not! breakfast-nutrigrain bar (140), lunch-half of a turkey sandwich (140) apple (100), snack (100 cal pack) dinner-stouffers meatloaf/mashed potatoes (350). i also had like 100 cals in gum (i did have some sugar gum) i had a basketball game too! do you think i can have a little ice cream bar (180 cals?)
