Hey guys! I'm 5'6 and about 156 lbs. I want to be 123 lbs by May. I am planning to eat fiber cereal with yogurt for breakfast, a slice of pizza for lunch and a big salad with some sort of meat for dinner. I work out in the gym 4 times a week for 45 min nd I play squash 6 times per week for hour and a half. I will also do push ups and sit ups in the morning and a pilates video 3-4 times per week. Do you think I can loose the weight before my deadline???? Thanks for your help, I would also appreciate advise...

well i am not sure i dont know if the pizza will help though i am on the akins diet if u are allowed try it it really owrks

Yah if you do what you said, You will loose the weight before may!! Just stick to it though and you can deffinitly do it.
