hey is this good for they day?? breakfast-protein shake (300 cals) lunch-yogurt, 100 cal pack. snack-chewy bar. dinner-stofers steak, potatoes and veggies frozen meal. it adds up to about 1200. i ran 31/2 miles and had bball for an hour, i also did some little weights and an ab workout. is this good!??
