GOT ANY TIPS SOMEBODY?! Ok, today for breakfast i had special K and skim milk, then for lunch all i had was some tater tots(like 4)b/c i wasnt feeling too great and after school i worked out for like an hour and a half and i had some hot tea. For dinner im gonna have a salad and just a lil bit of meat with skim milk// And pointers on how i should change my diet.?? o yeah and on daiiz that ii am feeliing good, i usually have SunChips and Special K b/c i am on the Special K diet...if anybody wants to know what the results are just post.. you say youre on the Special K diet, well you not! That diet, ive tried it, and it requires you to have (i think) at least ONE HEALTHY MEAL A DAY!! that means well rounded, and enough calories! hit 1200 and youll be doing good. good luck!

i bet you would feel better if you started eating a blanced diet...because what you're doing now is starving and not giving your body essential nutrients...you're also going to lose quite a bit of muscle mass because that's def. not enough protien...
