hmm, im not really sure if i did okay or not! breakast-vanilla almond special k cereal, lunch-1 slice of cheese pizza (i wiped off the grease, if that helps at all!) then for a snack i had an apple and then for dinner i had chicken casserole, i had a big serving so it was probably like 500 cals. and i had some lettuce with vinegar dressing, which has like 15 cals. and then i was hungry for some reason! so i had a kudos bar (90 cals) i ran 3 and a half miles and i did some winsor pilates and i did 6 min. abs. did i do okay??

whoops- i think i mixed you up with the other candace that constantly insists to starve herself. but you are doing very well so keep it up!

well, i just started this week, so nothing significant! but umm..i dont run that fast, but i get through it! it makes me feel good too!

yeah i think you did fine. i need to start running 3 miles a day! lol how much weight have you lost?
