hey, im not really sure if i did good or not! breakfast-protein shake-115 cals, lunch-slice of pepporoni pizza (not good i know, but i wiped the grease off, which i dono if it does ANYTHING, but yeah) and then after school i jump roped for 3 sets of 20 mins. Then i had a clemintine and like half a 100 cal pack! i haven't had dinner yet, but im gonna try to have like fish or chicken or soup or something healthy, so did i do good? im gonna do crunches and lift some weights.

Do you have anything else for a choice of lunch? maybe a chicken sandwhich and a salad because they sever pizza at my school and its soo greasy so I started eating a chicken sandwhich a small salad with italian dressing on it and no fries because its all grease too lol, overall you did good but look for other options at lunch..keep up the good work :)
