Hey all hope yall did good today I think I did. Breakfast A Breakfast sandwhich, sausage egg between toast with sunny d, lunch I had two rows of graham crackers and water, dinner I two pieces of fried catfish with a very small portion of spagetti with water, and my exercise today was 45 min of dancing to some upbeat music. I really think I burned some cal's today I worked up a BIG sweat, if anyone knows what I did bad that I could change reply please, or anything I could add to the diet.

For one, you need to eat a balanced meal for lunch instead of graham crackers,and you definitely need some fruits and veggies. All day you ate mostly carbs and protein. They are important, but you really need the fruits and veggies. Also you need dairy, easily add cheese to the breakfast sandwich or a glass of milk for a snack. You did okay, but you just need to work on balanced meals. Good job w/ exercising though!!
