hey guys i need some motivation!!!! ive been trying this dieting thing for a few weeks..but havent weighed myself. I always plan on doing it in the morning, but then i wake up late and so on. you all know how that goes. ok well i am 15 years old..5'9..225lbs(last time i checked). Every day i try and not eat junk..drink lots of water..eat fruits..and work out. I am in basketball so we get lots of workout there. Now in gym class we are starting a weight lifting unit so i am excited because i can never lift weights or anything..But last night i did do 150 crunches..its not alot but im gonna work my way up there. I also did some pushups. I think i have muscle underneath my fat..so I probably look skinnier than 225..idk..i just need some motivation and does anyone know how much fiber and protein and so on you need in a day? also i never seem to eat enough veggies? how do u get that in? sorry i am kind of rambling but please reply!!!! thanks

25-35g of fiber and 50-100g of protien a day...good luck and keep it up!
