ok rite now im like 230lbs, and i want 2 get down to 180ish wat do i do? rite now i usually eat McDonalds on day way 2 skool, and sometimes 4 lunch, and theres a KFC accross from ma skool so i eat a snack (usaully da popcorn chicken) between class if im hungry, and i may grab another McDonalds double meal 4 dinner.later i may have ice cream or chips, and soda those are basically my eating habits, and as 4 sports i dont really play dem. i really want 2 loose weight any ideas?

hey i used to b like u. thats how i put on like 50lbs stop with the junk food. just dont take any money with u . believe me u dont wana end up at 252 like me.!

uhh..cut out all the junk/fast food. You also need to exercise at least 3-4 times a week and eat a balanced healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies

Well, we know why you are so overweight---stop eating the stupid fast food already!!!!!!! Why do you need to eat it four times a day? You're going to get clogged arteries on top of being obese. Start eating fast food only once a week, and eat healthier foods instead. Choose fruit or salad or whatever's healthy at skool, and have a healthy breakfast at home. Just eat healthy!!!

You definitely have to take all those McDonalds and KFC if you want to lose any weight.
