Ok, so i need some ideas, starting next Wednesday (Ash Wednesday) I wont be eating meat till Easter-- you know, for Lent. Anyway, I think it is a great thing to take advantage of for weight loss, since whenever i eat "normally" not heathly, but not unhealthy, i dont gain or lose weight, SO, if i loose weight during Lent, it wont come back all the way. Anyhow, my question is, what can I eat during Lent to get the proper amount of protein. cuz i know one of the problems with being a vegitarian is that you can get really weak from lack of protein. So what has protein in it!! thanks!

hey im cathlioc to and for lent im giving up all candy and sodat6hat helps alot i did it last year and i lost like 10 pounds just cAZ NOT EATING CANDY AND SODA SO IF U WANNA IM ME IM " ImQuEeNkElLy147

nuts and soy products are great sources of protien along with some dairy too
