HEy today.....B: Apple sauce...L: Bagel with cream cheeseD: not sure, havent had it yet.and tahts all im going to eat today because im not really hungry, and i weigh in tommorow!OH since today was my two week mark wsince i started to be healthy, i measured my waist and i lost two inches off of it!! YESS!!!!As far as exercise goes, today i did 40 minutes of Kickboxing, but nothing else, because yesterday i did only strength training, and i did alot of it, so i figured i should only do my cardio today (i also had pretty bad cramps :( )....Let me know how i did and how i can improve!! My weigh in is tomorrow!!! ahhh!!!m

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 02/05/05 - IP#: 216.66.96.xxx make sure you don't eat less than 1200 calories for a long amount of time or else you will be regreting it when you lose muscle and your metabolim slows so that you won't be able to handle more calories untill you build up your muscle mass again...
