hey guys, as u all know, today was valentines day, filled with chocolate!!! i must admit i did very bad during school, i counted my calories, and they added up to about 1500. so i worked out for an hour and got back down to 950. then i had salad and a popsicle for dinner. so all in all i did good, so that just proves even if you mess up you can fix it with exercise!!!!!! good luck everyone! and don't give up!

great job! i went sledding for an hour and a half and i burned 1500 cals by going up and down the hill. So ya, i agree with anne!

no- actually all that candy you ate was the first thing to burn off because our bopdies burn carbs first- so it won't stay on as fat. and to the other person- it's definately possible to burn 550 calories in an hour- hell, you burn 1000 calories doing tae-bo for an hour!

i never said that i ate 1500 calories of candy, but candy was included. i had a healthy breakfast and lunch, and then i had candy. then i got home and ran for an hour....it is possible.... thanks for the support...

That may be true and all but those are not good things for your diet..1500 cals worth of candy is definately gonna stay on as fat...add lots more fruit..not that im saying u cant eat candy at all just not 1500 cals worth :)
