urgh i havnt lost any weight in a week i am at the same weight and i am getting discouraged..lately i have been feeling that im not exercising enough, i just dont know what i can do, i do the elpitcal for a mile and the tred mill for a mile is taht enough cardio? well ne tips on a workout at the gym and ab exercising please let me know. and weight loss tips

Maybe you could try to do some weight machines if you go to a gym. I think that would really help you. :-)

are you doing any weight lifting? If not, then no wonder you're not losing very much. While cardio is important to burn some quick calories, weight lifting is the thing that'll turn your fat into muscle. Muscles burn about 35 calories an hour, and that's if you're just sitting there! So it's really in your best interest to do some cardio, but even cut it a little short if you have to, to make sure you get some weight lifting in.

sounds like you got major muscles coming in! just imagine fat being replaced with muscle. like everyone says, muscles are heavier, so in this case... dont pay attention to the scale! you are doing great in my oppinion! all that exercise should really pay off!

Hmm that is enough cardio. Are you eating too much food? Or too many sweets, ect? Are u doing some weight lifting too? Try going running...the real thing. It works better. Also, try some work out videos. I reccomend winsor pilates.
