I have a tip for everyone whos trying to lose weight.. IF ur on a diet.. and u crave something like umm.. Oreos or ice cream.. EAT IT! not alot but a plentyful amount.. because (this is true) if you dont eat it.. ur craving build up and then u binge and eat way too much.. just eat enough so u member how good it taste.. not dont do this ALL the time.. but this is good for u every once n awhile1 and it helps u lose weight!

yeah for me what works is, I have GREAT smelling lotions and I bought all of the silly like chapstiks that smell like reeses and tootsie rolls and I use those. It lessens my cravings. Also, sweet tea!

For me, just the smell of something that is bad for me is helpful and makes me not want it as much anymore.
