I have a great TIP. On the Denise Austin website, i found how many cals u should eat on a 1500 cal diet. Here it is... Breakfast-300 cals Midmorning snack-100 cals Lunch-400 cals Midafternoon snack-200 cals Dinner-500 cals. I bet u peeps probably know that, but just incase there u go. ~jenna

ya thats a great point. it doesn't matter really when u eat the cals, it's just that u have to eat at least 1500 cals. lol bye ~jenna

That seems like a good way to split it up, but for some people it's better to have more calories at the beginning of the day than at the end. We mostly have a tendency to eat very little at breakfast and too much at supper, and it can actually help your diet if you try to reverse that.
