Hey again. Thankyou to those who responded to be about what I ate yesterday. I took what you said under consideration (Anne, Jenn, Rachael). So today I had cereal once again for Breakfast, Lunch I had a lean Cuisean meal which was about 250 calories. For a snack I had 2 cups of dry cereal. (Honey Nut Cherios). For supper I had Ravioles with sause and a little bit of cheese topping. Tonight I am going to the gym for an hour and a half. I will lift weights and use the eliptical. Is what I ate today good or anything I should change? Thankyou very much!

oh my gosh, raviolis are good for you! are they fried? no. are they a sweet or oil? no. are they a needed part of the food pyramid? definitely. eating healthy is eating wholesome, not just eating fiber and fruits and veggies. you need your other food groups to, SUCKAS!

Maybe the dinner, but it wasn't too bad. You did great. I was gonna go to the gym today, but I kinda was just like "hey mom, lets just go tomorrow". I use that a lot, but I normally go to the gym 3-4 times a week and that is like an hour and a half-2 hours! but, GOOD JOB, and GOOD LUCK!!!!
