Hey guys! Today i ate 3 bites of a salad for breakfast. Then for lunch i had 3 BIG strawberries with wip cream and about 7 pretzels. For dinner i had speghetti with a big glass of water and now i'm about to go walking for 15 minutes. this is a bigggggggg change in my eating habbits...its really hard but so far, so good... considering im just starting today. i reaally want to lose about 12 pounds by summer so i can feel comfortable in a bikini. any suggestions on anything else i could do to help me reach my goal??! please leave comments!!! thanx!! -alyssap.s. - 5'5" 144 pounds.goal weight- 115-120

yeahhhhh- you def. need to eat more than 3 or four bites of something for a meal....

and suprisingly what i ate today really did fill me up. eating healthy really is making me feel better and i'm so excited about losing weight! i know i need to eat more though. but i really think this plan is going to help!

hey jenn! thanx for your reply... actually for the last three days i didnt eat anything at all because i was really upset about my weight so i am slowly eating more.. but i am trying to cut my meals in half. but since i hadn't eaten anything in a while, that is probably why i wasn't hungry today but i knew i had to eat something. i'm trying my best.. thanx again!

u have to eat more. it is like ur starving urself. u are not even eating 1000 cals. plz eat more!! you will lose weight if u eat that little amoint but u will probably gain it all back really fast. EAT MORE
