hey... today i did really bad..help me plz! breakfast- 4 mini poppy seed muffins, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and a glass of milk. lunch- 2 diet pepsis, 4 chicken and cheese quesidillas-not whole cuz i kinda mash them up lol..dinner- a lot of water, 1 small grilled chicken, lots of aparagus! and some mashed potatoes...i no i did bad but was having a feeding frenzy!! not to mention the 2 pieces of coffee cake because it is my moms b-day and they EVERYTHING sweet in them! ahh i feel so guilty!! i need to go do my pilates! if you have tips plz share!!! *kp* (5.4, 148.5)

just forget about it and move on. remember how you feel right now so you don't binge again soon

you really didnt do that bad, not like gaining, you can maintain eating like that, you have to splurge somtimes!
