i did ok...so far today i have had breakfast-4 mini poppy seed muffins and a glass of milk. lunch- 1 pb and j, asparagus (lol weird combo i no haha) and 3 baby chocolate muffins. after school i had 3 chicken nuggets and a cup of chicken noodle soup...how many calories in all is that... i am going to go do pilates right now...the extreme one too lol...any tips how i can eat healthier or count calories.... kat (5.4, 150lbs)

you are doing really good i jsut think that you need more heathy food in your diet... like more fruits and veggies..but other then that good work!!

thats not many cals so far. about 900 cals. iam not sure. I LUV ASPARAGUS!!!! YUMMY!! good luck u are doin great so far!!!!!
