i just went for a run and it felt so good!!!! i ran about 1 1/2 mile, which is okay for me. I used to run all the time, like 5 days a week, 2 miles a day. But winter came so i stopped. it was really hard today, don't get me wrong, but it felt so good to get back out there again. I got the classic "runners high" afterwards. thanks guys for motivating me to start again!!

hey katherine
i run too, whats your mile time mine is 8minutes and 31 seconds but my goal is to get it down to 6minutes or close to it keep up the running i love getting runners high it makes you so happy. TIP: doing longer distances at a slower pace of course increases your speed because of the endurance..but dont forget to do sprint work thats what will really get you going fast hope that helps...
