Hello all. Hope your weight loss plan is going great. Hay have any of you tried weight training and how does it help with fitness. Since I know you don't loss weight with wieght lefting but you gain muscle. And I have places on my body which has chunks of fat and I think wieght training is right to turn it into muscle. If anyone has wieght lefting ideas and tips please help me. Since I want to buy a bench press and I am taking wieght training next school year.

you can't turn fat into muscle. you can burn off the fat and replace it with muscle and muscle can help you do though, though. muscle is a great thing for weight loss- it's the only real way to raise your metabolism semi-permanently(until the muscle wears off from mis-use your metabolism stays raised...)
