Here is a great plan to loose weight!
-When eating fatty food like (cake, doughbut, brownies) try to cut it in half and save the rest later.
-exercise to at least 2 hours a day. Walk for about 15 minutes, then jog for 15 minutes, then run for 15 minutes, then jog, then walk. Keep it all balenced. Bring a ice cold bottle of water so when you walk you can take a nice drink.
-try to eat healthy. If you are hungry for a snack try carrots or celery.
-Oh yeah, before you exercise make sure you stretch out first! :-)
-If you want, when you feel sad about your weight, make a box with good comments about yourself and pick one out. Giving yourself good inspiration. (Thats what I do when someone makes fun of me) It makes me happy.

actually- the recomended time for workout is only 30-1hour so doing 2 hours might be over-doing it

You need to stretch after you workout too. Just another tip!
