i just wanted u guys to no my 4 rules to a healthy diet...
1.Eat nothing b4 noon except fruit or juice...
2.do not eat or drink b4 7.00am..
3. do not eat anything after 7.00..
4.absolutely no sweets...

i think it's ineffective to have strict rules. You're setting yourself up to fail by making things off limits, because as soon as you start doing them again you'll gain all of hte weight back. And unless this is something you see yourself doing for the rest of your life, I suggest yo udon't make strict rules

Actually breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it starts up your metabolism so you do need to eat before noon. *Ray*Ray*

i dont agree with the not eating anything but fruit before noon yes it will be healthy to target weight loss BUT if you do cardio every day which i encourage you really need more carbs to burn.. even when you are not excersizing ... but i do agree with dont eat after 7 that is a great idea
