ugh.. im 5ft or 5'1 im not sure im 160 at the moment i want to get down to 135 then to 100 lbs.. i got a trampoline for my b-day so i go on that for at least an hour or more a day and im going to start rideing my bike and running/walking more.. i plan to eat a bananna or something healthy like that for breakfast and for lunch i will eat salads and fruit and stuff and for dinner i will eat what my parents make and if its unhealthy i will eat healthier things with it and just eat half of it. i plan to get 60 - 100 mins of exersise a day.. any tips or any sites i could go to that would help me? i want to loose the fat in my arms theighs and stomach.. it looks horrible. thankz.

beth where did you hear bananas were fattening that is so not true.. they have natural sugars but those are good for you.. and they are plants so of course they wont have fat in them... so my advice is check your sources.

did you know that Banas werre actually fattening!? try eating wholmeal bread and low fat spread for breakfast it's got more fibre and actually can stop heart attacks

yeah im a little taller 5'2' but i weigh 158 pounds what ur deciding sounds good and healthy, it wont come off really quickly but atleast you wont kill ur self in the process of losing weight. Good luck!!!
