hey everyone!! im 5"6 and i wiegh 200 pounds:S i was 180 before i broke my shoulder but all i did was do nothign and eat!!:( i wanna get down to around 160 by september?? but i wanna lose 20 pounds by july is this possible and if you could plz give me some tips on eating and exercising i would really appreciate thanxREPLY ASAP (if you replied to my other post thanx for the great adivce just wanting more adive)

Reply from Rina, Age 15 - 03/21/05 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx Hi Matt, A good way to exersize just even a little bit is at night right before you go to bed exersize your legs, Lay flat on the floor or even on you're bed and lift them up and down that way it keeps you're circulation going. Also try to stay away from the junk food, like cookies, cakes etc. Try to eat alot of salad and drink lots of water, it keeps you hydrated and sometimes curves you're appitite so you won't feel like you want to eat something all the time.
